Friday 6th to Monday 9th August

Family dinner with Henri, Lisa, Franc,
Bingus, Paula, Eddy, Gerry & Sue
Flew from Flagstaff to Seattle and had a wonderful long weekend with our Seattle cousins, the Fischers. Eddy (a sprightly 90 who won the Nobel Prize 18 years ago), together with eldest son Francois, younger son Henri and his wife Lisa and daughter Paula with her husband "Bingus" helped make a wonderful Friday night family dinner. Saturday - spent driving around and went to the Mariners baseball game in the evening - great atmosphere at Safeco Field. Sunday - went up the Space Needle and had a great fondue dinner at home. Monday - visited the Boeing factory at Everett and then picked up a car and drove across the border to Vancouver in British Columbia, Canada.
